How client reminders work
- You add a case with your client's phone or WhatsApp number and turn on client reminders.
- The day before each hearing, LexCase sends that client a short message with the case number, the date, the time and the court — signed with your name.
- If WhatsApp cannot deliver it, the app falls back to SMS.
- Messages are sent from LexCase's own verified sender, so you do not need your own WhatsApp Business API account. Reminders are charged per message; you can also send them by hand from the app for free.
- You can switch reminders off for any case at any time.
