Fastest way: you can delete the account yourself inside the app — open Profile → Delete account.
It removes everything immediately.
What gets deleted
- Your account: name, email, phone number, PIN, Google sign-in link and preferences.
- All your cases, hearings, payments, encrypted case notes and search history.
- Your clients' contact details as stored in your cases.
- Your notifications, notification settings, devices and sign-in sessions.
This happens within 30 days of us confirming the request, and immediately if you delete the account inside the app.
What we keep, and for how long
- Reminder delivery records and security-log entries — kept up to 12 months for billing accuracy, fraud prevention and dispute resolution, then deleted.
- Encrypted backups — rotate and are overwritten within 90 days.
Deletion cannot be undone: once your cases are gone we cannot restore them. Export anything you need first.
